Application Architect - OO/.Net 2.0/C#/SQL - South East/South Coast
ISL is actively recruiting for a highly experienced Application Architects for a successful business that provides product and services to a wide base of FTSE100 and other Corporate clients.
Working in a high profile capacity in the department you will ensure the design of client applications follow best practise (i.e. MS Prescriptive Architecture design patterns) and that the applications will support the large volumes of data that they have to process, meeting both business requirements and performance goals.
The role will encompass providing high level consultative advice, direction and problem analysis to development and support teams. The position will also require the individual to remain close to the software and be willing and able to role up their sleeves and get hands on with certain aspects of coding and development.
Technical expertise is needed in:
OO concepts
.Net 2.0 and above
C#
Multi threaded applications
SQL 2005+
Enterprise/high volume Transactional systems expertise
