QUANTITY SURVEYOR - CONTRACTING BACKGROUND - SOUTH MANCHESTER   
A Quantity Surveyor is urgently needed for up and coming exciting projects in the South Manchester area.
My clients company has over 40 years experience in the provision of building solutions, it also offers a dedicated, consistent and long-term commitment to the property, construction and development requirements of discerning clients and consultants.
The successful candidate will be essential come from a contractor background, and have experience in new build projects with valuations up to £6m.
Candidates just from a residential background will not be considered for this role.
