Duties; Project manages specified projects (planning, execution, reporting, and closing) with the support of the Programme Management Office. Champions and communicates the rationale and objectives of changes required to support successful programme delivery throughout the organisation. Process maps current practices and processes and documents clearly with relevant tools. Identifies areas for improvement and submits recommendations for change with qualitative and quantifiable measures. Facilitates the development and documentation of new practices and processes. Promotes project acceptance and implementation through a clear communication strategy. Ensures that every project has a communication plan and that the project team are aware of and adhere to their communication responsibilities. Supports project implementation by providing direct user support through the provision training materials and end user training where applicable. Coaches affected staff where required to assist the change process. Shares best practice processes with other team members. Builds effective relationships across the business to enhance communication and contribute to project success. Ensures users are fully trained in accessing and using new systems and re-configured systems. Assists with post-project review activities and contribute to benefits realisation reports. KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING A degree/equivalent professional qualification in Prince 2, Change Management or related discipline essential. 3 years project and change management experience including process mapping and process re-design. Evidence of successfully managing projects using Prince 2 methodology as part of a structured project. Evidence of successful change management at organisation level. Clinical qualification/experience or customer facing business experience desirable.
